Add C4 level to the 'In diagrams' dropdown list, displayed in object side-panels. This helps with identifying the correct diagram faster when this list is large.

The purpose for this request is to quickly identify what level diagram we are interested in when we see an object is in X number of diagrams so we don't spend time going in and out of different diagrams.
