Allow status of child objects (e.g.apps, components & connections) to have staggered status changes

Tim Gaweco

Allow deprecated apps in a deprecated system to be changed to 'Removed' when they're removed.

Allow Future apps in a Future system to be changed to 'Live' when they're running.

Matias Simon

I second that. It's currently impossible to deprecated a system, and show the progress of decommissioning it.
