Awesome feature, For some additional inspiration, I recommend checking out the Structurizr decision UI here: https://docs.structurizr.com/ui/decisions/. It has a great approach to organizing this kind of data.

This level of detail being directly inside IcePanel really elevates the AI proposition. Giving an LLM the ability to directly understand the evolution and context around the existence of objects takes it to another level.

Dittoing everyone else, but ability to track ADRs against Systems (C1), Domains, and Organizations would be great.

Systems can follow specific decisions, some domains could follow separate decisions, and Orgs can have ADRs that are shared across all domains

I'd also be in favor of at least a field linking out to an ADR whether it's in GitHub, GitLab, Confluence, etc. and noting changes, similar to the Links field.

We've been using GitHub Discussions for these with pretty good success. I could definitely see this being a nice, long-term feature of IcePanel, too.

This would be a great feature - especially if it was markdown based and exportable with change tracking.
