Very often, especially on system diagrams, I'd like connections to be visible as a single line on the diagram.

Right now there are two options:

1) Draw a new connection to the system/app that summarizes the individual connections

The obvious downside here is, that it's redundant duplicate information that needs to be maintained.

2) Draw each individual connection

This creates very bloated diagrams.

Ideally we could "collapse" multiple connections into a single curve and give it a name. The line could then show "5 connections" next to the custom name. Deleting or changing the underlying connection would then propagate and be kept in sync.
