In C4, a database is represented as a container, and its structure or elements can be detailed at the component level. IcePanel is based on C4, it does not include specialized database modeling objects because C4 focuses on architecture, not detailed database design. While I don’t think adding dedicated database objects aligns with C4's principles, enhancing component features to better support database modeling would be a nice.
