Lock down diagrams to only be editable by a specific team.

I think this is necessary to prevent non-expert people inside the organization to randomly create new items without control as this would increase repetitions and chaos in general. In particular i see this urgent for systems and actors because those are the main entry points

There is a need to be able to rollback to certain manual created points, basically, similar usage to commit. Currently only admin can create versions at any level, while this feature is mostly needed for editors.
Generally, there is also a need of more granular access policy. For example, providing editor/admin access for certain domains.

Evgeniy Putilin We recently shipped the ability for team owners of the system/app to create versions.
We also have an existing request for more granular access and control, so I'll close this.
