Flow step with longer markdown description for payloads

We added a description field to Flow steps, but it doesn't support markdown yet. We'll look to add this in the future.

Tim Gaweco Hey, can we atleast allow links to be clickable in the descriptions? Markdown ultimately will be nice to have.
