Provide a way to see how may API calls our account has used now that limits are in place

Growth has limits on our organization for read and write, but we do not know how many calls have been consumed until its limit is reached. We are moving to use the IcePanel Plugin Skills with AI Assisted tooling which will use these APIs and we would like to understand how much these skills consumed so we can determine our business case to pay for more API limits.

As adoption of IcePanel Plugin Skills and AI-assisted capabilities grows, understanding actual API consumption becomes increasingly important. Without visibility into read/write usage and remaining capacity, it is difficult to accurately assess scaling impacts, forecast future demand, or justify additional investment. Providing consumption metrics would enable better planning, help avoid unexpected capacity constraints, and support a data-driven business case for increasing API limits where needed
